Brandon is this notorious villain that likes to feed his worm unsuspecting women. He has his eye on Super Riley (Riley Rose). She responds to a fake call he made needing help. When she arrives she is surprised that this guy has placed a fake call. She is about to do something about it, but he uses his special gadget that drains her powers.
