Wonder Tomi (Tomiko) has discovered a new Supervillain, Dragonlady (Nyssa Nevers). She sneaks into her hideout and discovers that she is scheming to blow away Chicago! Before Wonder Tomi can grab her, her henchman comes In with a net! It is a trap and down to the ground Wonder Tomi goes. She wakes up on a table where she is bound in straps and gagged. She tries to get free, but the more she struggles, the tighter the straps start to feel. She is groped by the henchman and stripped out of the top of her costume. Dragonlady comes in to taunt Wonder Tomi but she soon finds out that evil does not pay...at least for her! Her henchman goes after her and down she goes. She finds herself back to back with Wonder Tomi...bound and with a ballgag in her mouth. They both struggle and gag talk at each other, but it looks like the henchman will get his money and also be able to continue with the plan.
