Tomiko is an agent that has decided to retire from being with the mob.  The boss doesn't want to let her go.  He finds her and after he thought he put her away, he has found out where she is hiding.  She is hit with a device that leaves her looking like she will be a goner, but Tomiko is strong and will see another day!  (All implied with emphasis on the belly and abs).
