Bob Earl thinks that he has gotten away with stealing from Tomiko's house. What he doesn't know is that she saw him doing it. She has followed him back to his house. He already managed to sell some of the stuff, and Tomiko overhears his phone conversation. She confronts him. At first he is very cocky, but Tomiko manages to end that right away.
