A high priestess and her acolyte (Tomiko and Savannah Costello) are evil and are put in an insane ward for criminals. Nurse Tomiko tells them they are better off here than jail. High priestess Tomiko summons a giant worm monster to save them. The tables are turned and instead of saving them, the worm goes after them. Tomiko quickly feeds Savannah to the worm hoping to buy time to get the nurse to let her out. The worm doesn't allow this and eats Tomiko, too. When the nurse checks in on them, all she sees is their straight jackets. She assumes they escaped.
