Bat Tomi (Tomiko) shows up to a police informan's house to get info about the D R U G house which is across the street. She walks outside to get a closer look. A crooked police officer has let them know that Bat Tomi is aware of the crime that is taking place over there. She surprises him in the bedroom and he is able to stick the syringe in her leg. Her utitlity belt is removed and she is stripped out of her costume. He binds her with a lot of rope and puts her in the bathtub where he starts the water. Is this the end for Bat Tomi?
